With over 18 years of experience in UK employment law, Sarah founded Wildbloom Harbor Legal to make a difference in the lives of working people. Sarah is accredited by the Law Society and recognised for her compassionate, clear guidance in even the most complex cases.
James Holloway – Senior Employment Law Advisor
James brings 12 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of employment contracts, redundancy, and workplace policy. He is known for his approachable manner, attention to detail, and exceptional results at tribunals.
